As part of our service, we perform the required annual carbon monoxide and smoke alarm testing. The Liberty team will also install additional carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, if necessary, for an additional cost. This protects your company from unwanted liability claims that arise from the failure to test and maintain carbon monoxide and smoke alarms annually as required by California law. Having Liberty perform this service for your property also gives the added protection of having a third-party vendor perform the testing and logging requirement, which provides a third party as the testing agent opposed to having it performed by your in-house staff.

The larger the property, the longer the service appointment requires.When the service appointment is complete, you will receive a full report with photos and detailed explanations of the health and condition of your properties key areas. Liberty is your service company for all the major components of your property. Since we do not “alter, amend, or repair” your property, we are not required to have a General Contractor’s license.
